Treatment of Depression

Depressed people should be listened and supported. In the most severe cases, when depression causes physical symptoms, such as headaches and other stress-related symptoms, these persons should see a doctor and get the suitable treatment. There are two main ways of treatment of depression including psychotherapy and medication therapy. In addition to this, electroconvulsive therapy is also observed as being efficient in treatment of depression.
